Meatloaf Hash
For when there's a meatloaf the night before and it's not completely gone...
Ingredients:
1½ Cup left over meatloaf, diced into roughly ½ inch cubes
½ Cup cooked diced potatoes
¼ Cup Classico Tomato Sauce
1 Tbsp Garlic
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp Frank's Hot Sauce
Directions:
Heat Garlic and Worcestershire Sauce on skillet. Add Tomato Sauce and potatoes.
Heat until potatoes start to brown and then add Meatloaf. When it looks hot enough to eat add the Frank's.
