BBQ Pork Ribs

Here's a chance to use
Survival Cooking to make an outstanding meal of BBQ pork ribs:

INGREDIENTS:
About a rack of pork ribs
Spices & Flavoring (easiest part):
About a 1½ batches of Mustard Marinade

Add the meat and the marinade to a big (gallon size) Hefty OneZip® bag. Mix it around until all the meat is coated with the sauce. Put in the fridge and leave it there for at least two hours. The longer the better. Overnight is best.

Simple as that.

Once you're ready to get going, fire up the grill and let it get hot. Put on the ribs over a hot flame and pay attention for a few minutes. The idea is to sear the meat quickly on both sides. This should take about 2 - 3 minutes per side. Once that's done, move the meat to one side of the grill and turn that side off. Deal with it similarly with a charcoal grill. Keep the other side hot and close the cover. Now we're baking at this point. Every 20 minutes or so, flip the meat and brush with the thinned vinegar marinade. Do this for about an hour until the meat is done. Right at the end, put the meat over the flame again for a few seconds to get it re-seared. Eat till you ache.
